4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within:

  • Prepaid Orders: Up to 3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Up to 5–6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

All purchases made through House of Nandrajog are final.

  • Failure to accept or receive a delivery
